What the Team is Known For
Strengths
I have been consistently impressed by their quality of work, responsiveness and strategic guidance.
The LexOrbis team considers all angles of complex matters and provides helpful advice to address issues of concern and overcome obstacles.
Work Highlights
LexOrbis Intellectual Property Practice advised Rajeev Kumar in a writ filed on the client's behalf concerning the denial of access to a PhD thesis titled Studies on some nitrogen-fixing genes of Azotobacter vinelandii by Jamia Millia Islamia University. The matter in particular raised the question before the Dehi High Court as to whether the work falls under the ambit of commercial or trade secrets and if disclosure would pose a detriment to the competitive position of a third party.
