Recovery plan: UTC was implicated in Operation Lava Jato, which caused them to negotiate a Leniency Agreement with the Federal Government by which our client would compensate state-owned Petrobras and the Federal Government for the losses reported by the investigation.

Suspension of a Take or Pay Clause: Many Shopping Centers and Industries have entered into Energy Purchase Agreements with our client with a Take or Pay Clause regarding the volume of energy acquired in the Free Contracting Environment.

Banking credit recovery: We were hired to recover Banco Santos' credit through an Execution Action filed against Setal Engenharia. This company filed for judicial reorganization, having no assets, no work contracts in force, and only Banco Santos' bankruptcy estate and small companies as creditors.
