The Energy & Infrastructure group at Legance is made up by more than 60 lawyers operating in the Milan and Rome offices. The Group is composed of professionals with established experience in extraordinary M&A and finance transactions and contracting typical of the sector (turnkey procurements, PPAs, joint development agreements) and professionals specialized in administrative law who cooperate in one large team in order to provide clients with a full-service approach.
The Group has an industry focus and approach and can therefore provide assistance either in the debt or in the equity side of project transactions, as well as in all the public law and regulatory aspects of the relevant field of law.
The group has developed a remarkable track record in complex transactions full service in the energy and infrastructure sectors and can offer highly specialized expertise in relation to all extraordinary transactions in such industry, ranging from financing of projects on a recourse and non-recourse basis, acquisitions, mergers and de-mergers, to PPP transactions (Partenariato pubblico-privato) and public tenders as well as in equity and debt capital market transactions in coordination with the firm’s Banking & Finance Department.
