In our Banking & Finance Department, approximately 70 highly specialised professionals regularly assist companies, leading national and international banking and financial institutions, credit funds, as well as numerous public and private entities and institutions.
The Department’s advice covers a wide range of areas, including, without limitation: leveraged and acquisition financing, mezzanine financing, real estate financing, syndicated loans, bond and other debt instrument issues, securitisation of various asset classes, covered bonds, debt restructuring, PIK structures, securities lending transactions and other structured products, also with regard to regulatory profiles.
Andrea Giannelli coordinates the Banking & Finance Department to ensure qualified, attentive, timely and efficient assistance. The Department’s professionals have developed outstanding expertise assisting leading national and international players and they are actively involved in the structuring and implementation of various financing transactions, which are often extremely innovative in the market of reference.
The team also provides assistance in the management and maintenance of existing contracts and advises the various players at the different stages of the financing transaction, also after the closing, always providing guidance and actively supporting clients in order to identify appropriate solutions to deal with default or financial stress situations.
