Advised San Miguel on its proposed USD2.15 billion acquisition of an 85.7% shareholding in Holcim Philippines.

Advised CITIC Capital as a member of the buyer consortium on the privatisation of US-listed China Biologic Products.

Advised Vipshop Holdings on its acquisition of Shan Shan Commercial Group.

Represented SPi Global Holdings in its acquisition of Scientific Publishing Services.
