Latham & Watkins represented J.P. Morgan as underwriter in Vedanta Resources' issuance of a USD1.4 billion 13% bond due 2023.

Latham & Watkins advised Kuaishou Technology on its USD6.2 billion IPO and 144A/Reg S offering on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Latham & Watkins advised BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bank of China, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Mizuho Securities as underwriters on the offering of USD300 million 1.375% notes due 2025 and USD500 million 2% notes due 2030 by Tencent Music Entertainment Group.
