Latham & Watkins advised the joint sponsors and underwriters on the HKD1.4 billion IPO of Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Latham advised the underwriters on Alibaba’s issuance of USD5 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.50% convertible senior notes due 2031, as well as the concurrent hedging arrangements in the form of the capped call transactions and the concurrent buyback of Alibaba’s ADSs from certain investors in the notes.
