About
Provided by Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors
We act for some of North Wales’ largest landowners and we pride ourselves on being experts in what we do, being knowledgeable, accessible, responsive and part of the local community. We aim to provide a city type service on our clients’ doorstep.
Our aim as a department is to continue to grow organically through word of mouth by ensuring our clients are provided with the best possible legal service and also working closely with other specialist professionals.
As well as dealing with agricultural property work, our practice supports the agricultural sector in a variety of other legal disciplines, such as private client, dispute resolution, commercial, family law and employment.
In 2023 we were appointed to Farming Connect’s delivery framework to give specialist advice to eligible farm businesses in Wales. We’ve been appointed to provide succession advice and also preparing and advising on various joint venture schemes. We’ve also been successfully appointed to their advisory service in response to the demand for assistance needed by farmers and landowners following the 2024 Autumn Budget.
