A popular choice with sports organisations for its breadth of experience on governance and constitution drafting together with policy advice. Handles a range of commercial contract negotiations, including leasing and licensing agreements in respect of sports facilities. Clients range from government agencies, national and state sporting organisations and professional sports teams to recreation departments and agencies, and event operators. Also advises clients on integrity matters, notably in defence of prosecutions brought by racing authorities.
