Our Banking & Finance team works closely with colleagues in Capital Markets, Project Finance, M&A and Litigation to provide a seamlessly joined up service to a wide range of clients including Greek and international banks and major corporates.
The team was further strengthened last year with the arrival of Yannis Kourniotis, who brings a wealth of experience across all aspects of finance and a specialist focus on project finance, including many of the largest projects to occur in Greece over the last few years.
Our experience of working with all the major authorities and many financial institutions means that we can provide clients with advice that combines innovative thinking and problem solving with a practical, delivery-focused mindset. We have also established a reputation for excellence in handling matters relating to NPLs, where we have advised on several multi-billion-Euro transactions.
