Department Overview

We represent clients in proceedings before the Supreme Court, Constitutional Tribunal, courts of the first and second instance and administrative courts. Each litigation is prepared with the utmost care, in cooperation with the client, our key objective is to develop a long-term litigation strategy that will allow for achieving satisfactory results in the proceedings.

We represent clients and act as arbitrators in complex high-value arbitration proceedings conducted under the arbitration rules of the world’s leading arbitration institutions (e.g., the FIAC ICC, LCIA, SCC, Swiss Rules, VIAC). We also act in domestic arbitrations before all leading Polish arbitration institutions.
