Civil Litigation:
A major portion of Kramon & Graham’s practice is business litigation, a field in which we are considered preeminent. Our lawyers have extensive trial and appellate experience at all levels of the federal and state court systems and before administrative agencies.
We handle complex, high profile matters involving virtually every kind of business and commercial issue, including government and private contracts, securities, fiduciary duty, unfair competition, employment, commercial construction and residential development, trademarks and copyrights, trade secrets, and professional malpractice. The firm likewise has considerable experience prosecuting and defending class-action suits. Five of the firm’s members are Fellows in the American College of Trial Lawyers, three are former Assistant US Attorneys, two are former Assistant Attorneys General for the State of Maryland, several are former prosecutors, and six are permanent members of the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference.
