More than 200 shipping finance transactions handled in the past fifteen years (probably more than any other Spanish firm), support our department. We work mostly on behalf of the biggest banks in the business and in Spain. We have handled some of the most relevant deals ever closed in Spain, most of them with an international scope.

We active develop of the new Spanish tax lease regime implemented in January 2013. We have participated in the majority of the deals that have been formalized under such new regime, having advised all of the main parties, including international shipowners, Spanish shipyards and financing banks.
