The lawyers in the Dispute Resolution group assist clients with litigation and other disputes. We assist with litigation before the ordinary courts of law, with arbitration and with settlement negotiation.

A number of the group's lawyers are admitted to appear before the Supreme Court. Several of them have professional experience from the Office of the Attorney General, and some have previously served as judges. Many of the partners in the group are often used as arbitrators in commercial disputes.

CMS Kluge is particularly dominant in dispute resolution within construction matters, especially within the public transportation sector. During the last years CMS Kluge has performed a growing amount of litigation assignments within the oil and gas industry and the oil supply industry.
