We deal with complex and high value clinical negligence and personal injury claims. Each case is led by a senior lawyer, and we always develop very strong and supportive relationships with our clients.

We focus on finding solutions which meet the individual needs of our clients, who are often coming to terms with life altering injuries or changes in family circumstances. Although the ultimate aim of any case is a substantial financial settlement, we take great care to make sure that the journey to that settlement is a positive and empowering experience.

Our clients include adults and children who have suffered catastrophic injuries. We particularly specialise in cases relating to injuries sustained at birth as well as brain and spinal injuries. Each client is very much an individual, and we have huge experience in tailoring compensation to provide individualised care and support over our clients’ lifetimes.

Our team includes lawyers who are accredited for clinical negligence work by the charity Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA).
