Provided by Kingsley Napley LLP
We deal with complex and high value clinical negligence and personal injury claims. Each case is led by a senior lawyer, and we always develop very strong and supportive relationships with our clients.
We focus on finding solutions which meet the individual needs of our clients, who are often coming to terms with life altering injuries or changes in family circumstances. Although the ultimate aim of any case is a substantial financial settlement, we take great care to make sure that the journey to that settlement is a positive and empowering experience.
Our clients include adults and children who have suffered catastrophic injuries. Each client is very much an individual, and we have huge experience in tailoring compensation to provide individualised care and support over our clients’ lifetimes.
We are members the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA), Headway (the brain injury association), Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA), and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
