About

Provided by Kennedys

Kennedys’ Taunton office is the competitive base from which we serve our insurer clients. Not only do we deal with their West Country and Bristol insureds, but Taunton is also the hub of our 26-strong claims handling services. The Taunton office is a significant part of Kennedys as a whole, having five partners and four senior associates amongst its 20-strong team of lawyers.

The Claims team has an excellent reputation in the wider insurance market, acting for a number of insurers and managing general agents (MGAs), including DUAL, PEN, XL Catlin and Aqueous.

While we are proud to be part of Kennedys’ global network, crucial to our success is the fact that our South West office is a destination practice: that is, we are regularly instructed directly to act on complex and significant claims.
