Our employment litigators have a record of winning summary judgment in wrongful termination, discrimination and retaliation cases, and we regularly represent clients in the enforcement of non-competition agreements, engaging in a high volume of non-compete litigation in Ohio courts.
Our employment attorneys represent employers in all aspects of traditional collective bargaining and union interactions. For non-union employers, we assist in issues relating to union organizing campaigns and union elections.
