The volume, size and complexity of M&A and securities transactions that KMK Law has handled over the past year have solidified our position as the one of the elite corporate transactional law firms in Ohio. Our location and client base provides us with particular expertise on issues involving Ohio corporate law. Two of our alumni now sit on the Ohio Supreme Court and others occupy state-wide leadership roles and other influential positions throughout the state, county and city.  As a result, our partners tend to be active members of various state wide committees critical for writing, interpreting and enforcing the law in Ohio.
