During this time our firm has been involved in some of the seminal transactions in this field.  We have participated in all the IPOs of the major mobile operators in Greece and are routinely involved in IPOs, financings, equity offerings and M&A transactions for all major TMT operators in Greece, representing the operators and/or investors and/or creditors. We have also strong experience in the broadcasting sector, having advised on a number of significant acquisitions made by TV channels in Greece, as well as other M&A transactions relating to radio and TV operators.
