The team provides compliance support and merger control advice on domestic and trans-border M&A and other manifold transactions.

Just as well, the department covers the interpretation and application of international private law in contentious trans-border issues.

Clients are represented in competition-related litigation before national courts and the Bulgarian Commission for Protection of Competition.
