Corporate Litigation
We have, for several years, managed, and continued to manage large litigation and crises management portfolios of leading multinational corporations in Nigeria in sectors such as construction, oil and gas services, electrical and automation solutions, real estate, agro-allied, amongst others.
IP Litigation
The Firm has specific experience in prosecution and defense of intellectual property rights of its teaming clients. In the last ten years, we have established what is probably the only dedicated team of Lawyers and support staff in Nigeria, who have practical, on-the-field experience in brand protection and are experts in rendering brand protection and anti-counterfeiting services in its widest form.
Insolvency & Debt Recovery
We are currently handling large scale multi-dimensional fraud matter at an international level for a foreign client, as well as acting as Asset Management Partner to an Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria owned by the Federal Government.
