We have advised on the development of hotels, office blocks, mixed-use development projects as well as real estate finance for development projects. We combine our robust knowledge of local market and legal expertise to help clients plan, negotiate and execute real estate leases, sales and acquisitions across the commercial real estate value chain.

Capital Markets

Our firm is registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Capital Market Consultant and our lawyers have an excellent track record of advising on complex capital markets transactions including IPOs, new issues, right issues and other stock exchange related transactions.
