Advised on a number of significant acquisitions, refinancing exercises and disposals. Key clients include Real Estate Investors plc, Euro Property Investments, W Wing Yip, Calthorpe Estate, KEA Property Investments and the Folkes Group.

We advise a number of institutional lenders including HSBC, Lloyds Bank, Nat West, Handelsbanken, Santander and Shawbrook Bank on a variety of secured lending matters.

We advise retailers on the management of their property interests, including Johnsons Cleaners, Radley Retail, Evans and Dobbies.  

We act for corporate clients on their operational property portfolio, including Motus Group, Jones Lang LaSalle, Imtech Inviron Limited and ABN Amro Commercial Finance plc in connection with their respective office portfolios, Sunrise Medical in respect of all of their occupational property needs and Norchem/Lexon pharmacy group in connection with their portfolio of pharmacies.
