We also secure substantial recoveries without litigation. In the past year, we recovered more than $150 million for an AmLaw 200 law firm, several colleges and universities, a major airline, an oil refinery, and a national automotive services provider.

Working closely with the firm’s top-ranked privacy and cybersecurity practice, we have handled major breaches and ransomware attacks since 2019, including the largest attack on critical infrastructure in US history, and serve as lead cyber insurance coverage counsel for three of the five largest US asset managers.
