Overview

Horten has a long tradition of litigation practice and litigation is one of our strongest fields of expertise.

The Dispute Resolution team is specialised in complex litigation and arbitration with a focus on commercial and financial disputes.

We have vast experience acting in cross-border disputes. We advise on matters involving jurisdiction disputes and in handling of all types of commercial disputes especially contractual disputes, financial and securities litigation, post M&A disputes, professional liability and disputes involving insolvency or regulatory issues. We also act in legal investigations and corporate defense.
