We continue advising handling e-waste to an important global information technology company with active participation in CANIETI.

Involved in contamination site files, determining potential risks for acquisition of a paper company with legacy remedial obligations, potential sale of site currently under remediation program, settlement agreement for completion of remedial actions by the owner of a site with legacy contamination, legal advice for control of contamination source and remediation of heavy metals for a steel production leading company.

On water and wastewater issues, we maintained our leadership in analysis and implementation of business strategies to guarantee water supply for future operations, replacement of supply infrastructure, strategies for water consumption during drought, public wastewater supply by city operators, operation of WWTP, water reuse, water irrigation of major scale projects, strategies for interruption of cancellation of water rights.

Advised on climate change in Pilot Program of Emission Trading System, analysis of new local regulations establishing payment of green taxes, filing of briefs requesting confirmation for application of certain criteria for green taxes calculation, filing of legal lawsuits associated with establishment of factors for electric supply.
