Advise on acquisitions and sales, mergers, and spin-offs, transfer of employees, restructures, labor aspects of corporate deals and transactions, and represent our clients in individual disputes before federal and local Boards of Conciliation and Arbitration and Labor Courts and collective claims, labor, security and hygiene federal inspections.

We advise and represent our clients on proceedings before the Mexican Social Security Institute and the Federal Court of Justice on Tax and Administrative Matters.

With the amendments to the Federal Labor Law, we have advised in the analysis of their corporate and labor structure and the recommended measures to mitigate potential contingencies regarding outsourcing and specialized services as well as CBA legitimation.

Since USMCA, we have represented several clients in Labor investigations and/or before International Labor Panels regarding compliance of labor, individual or collective, employer’s obligations in order to support the freedom of unionization.
