With the amendments to the Federal Labor Law, we have advised in the analysis of their corporate and labor structure and the recommended measures to mitigate potential contingencies regarding outsourcing and specialized services as well as CBA legitimation.

Since USMCA, we have represented several clients in Labor investigations and/or before International Labor Panels regarding compliance of labor, individual or collective, employer’s obligations in order to support the freedom of unionization.
