Compensation for tenants - Secured £29,000 in compensation and got the landlord to carry out repairs for a client who had suffered years of severe damp
Securing accommodation close to home - We represented a mother of five who was made homeless by Westminster Council after refusing to be re-housed 50 miles away in Milton Keynes. The Supreme Court quashed a previous verdict which had determined the offer of accommodation was suitable.
