Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Corporate and M&A practice is an industry leader that is consistently involved in the most significant and complex, and often high profile, M&A transactions. It is the largest and most comprehensive practice in Israel.

Our team has decades of experience in a broad range of M&A deals, with particular expertise in advising North American, European and Asian investors in their M&A transactions with Israeli companies.

Within our department, we also have a number of dedicated specialist teams, each focussing on a different key M&A field, such as publicly traded companies, foreign investors and multi-nationals, technology companies as well as teams with specific sector expertise. Our M&A team offers comprehensive legal services to acquirers, sellers, targets, investors, special committees and financial institutions.
