The firm also assisted the company with its responses to various investigations into Mr Zhevago for alleged bribery and corruption in Ukraine, parallel investigations and regulatory actions against the company, and the subsequent withholding of VAT refunds allegedly owed to Ferrexpo by the Ukrainian tax authority.
