Alison Meacher
A specialist in housing work, which crosses over with Court of Protection, mental capacity and other social welfare matters. She is particularly strong on cases where a person's right to occupy is contested.
Strengths: "She provides very detailed and knowledgeable advice and is a very good and thorough advocate."

Laura Tweedy

Strengths: "She has great customer care skills and looks for solutions rather than problems. A go-to in difficult cases."
Recent work: Defended two elderly tenants in a claim for possession stemming from rent arrears. Tweedy successfully negotiated an agreement to rehouse the tenants and a £30,000 reduction in rent arrears.

Morayo Fagborun Bennett
Handles a wide range of social housing matters, and has a practice with a particular emphasis on homelessness and disrepair cases. She regularly receives instructions from housing associations, local authorities and individuals. Her esteemed work in the area is complemented by her substantial property practice. Her recent work has seen her act in complicated possession cases.
Strengths: "She has a mild exterior with a steely interior." "Very diligent, thorough and impressive."
Recent work: Acted for a defendant landlord in an anti-social behaviour case in which an injunction order and an exclusion order were sought following an arson attack.
