- Assisting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade on the development agreement, lease and associated documentation in relation to its new 24,000m2 office development in Wellington
- Acting for NZX-listed company NZ Rural Land Company Ltd and its subsidiary NZ Rural Land Investments Ltd Partnership on the acquisition, debt-financing and long-term leasing of multiple rural properties across the country having a combined total area of approximately 17,457 hectares, including dairy farms, drystock farms, forestry blocks and pipfruit orchards
- Assisting NZ Post Ltd on the development and lease of its six automated handling “Super Depots” in Auckland and Wellington, including the Auckland Processing Centre at Wiri, Auckland
- Acting for a joint venture between Accident Compensation Commission (ACC) and D3 Development Ltd with the purchase and development of industrial land at 30 Prices Road, Wiri
- Assisting Watercare Services Ltd with the acquisition of land for a treatment plant, pump station and related pipeline as part of the Warkworth Wastewater Scheme, which is projected to service growth of up to 20,000 people
- Acting for Lindt on the lease of its first retail store in NZ at Manawa Bay, Auckland
