• Acquisitions and Disposals: We structure, negotiate and consummate complex international and domestic real estate acquisitions, sales of strategic assets and complex re-capitalisation transactions for listed, unlisted, controlled, and privately-owned real estate companies in Europe.
• Platform Creation: We structure and establish manager platforms for groups of individuals in the real estate sector and their financial backers, advising on all aspects of the platform creation including the optimal tax and regulatory structure for the management team, their financial backers and any third party investors.
