The GrayRobinson real estate team handles all types of commercial real estate transactions.
- Represent developers and landowners in the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of major industrial and commercial projects, industrial parks, office complexes, subdivisions, office and other developments.
- Negotiate and prepare precise documents required to effectively complete complex real estate transactions.
- Counsel to a number of banks and savings and loan associations.
- Handle all aspects of commercial lending, particularly commercial real estate financing.
Lease Drafting and Negotiation
- Provide assistance in all types of lease drafting and negotiation.
- Represent landlords and tenants and provide advice and guidance to successfully "get the deal done."
- Experience in shepherding major development projects, bringing our experience as lawyers for the property owner, but also insights gained while serving as lawyers for local governments.
- Handle all aspects of construction, from contract preparation and bid disputes to contract administration and dispute resolution.
- Recognized internationally for advising developers, owners and operators of hotel, resort and club properties, as well as governments and financial institutions on their involvement within the hospitality industry.
- Provide legal services to hospitality industry clients on cutting-edge legal, development, finance, permitting, management and operational issues.
