Our competition group has represented the Competition Bureau on several important cases, and cooperates with the Bureau regularly in reviewing and commenting on proposed changes to the Competition Act. 

In addition to merger review, we regularly advise clients in contentious matters that raise competition issues relating to the criminal and civil provisions of the Competition Act, including conspiracy, abuse of dominance, resale price maintenance, refusal to deal and deceptive marketing practices.
