Godínez Legal was founded in 2000 as a law firm exclusively specialized in labor and employment law. Our law firm is distinguished for having highly specialized lawyers and representing employers from various industries: from small and medium-sized companies to leading multinational companies in their sector, both nationally and regionally.
Our specialized litigation area is well known for its broad level of legal and technical knowledge and its extensive experience representing and advising employers in thousands of administrative and judicial processes in Costa Rica. We have represented multinational companies and public institutions in the face of mass lawsuits of more than 500 workers and processes that, due to their amount, could seriously compromise the company's finances.
