A large proportion of Gernandt & Danielsson’s work is focused on international matters and we are often appointed as lead counsel in cross-border transactions and disputes.

Gernandt & Danielsson is based in Stockholm but networks globally. The firm remains independent of formal alliances, which allows us to co-operate with, or recommend, the foreign law firm or expert best suited for the matter at hand. This enables us to lead or join international project teams assembled exclusively to meet the client’s specific needs.
