Mats has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2001. He has extensive experience of private M&A in a number of different sectors (particularly banking and finance, IT, technology and media sectors). Mats also has extensive experience of advising private equity clients in connection with investments in and disposals of portfolio companies. He has a broad range of experience from transactions within the banking and finance/Fintech, IT, technology and media sectors and other practice areas, such as privately negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and private equity investments and private placements. Mats has also extensive experience of working with various commercial agreements, such as cooperation agreements and licensing, outsourcing, distribution and other commercial agreements in the banking and finance/Fintech, IT, technology and media sectors.
