We advise a number of private equity and venture capital funds in Wales and beyond on investments in several sectors, especially technology, IT and life sciences businesses. We have been on the Development Bank of Wales legal panel continuously since 2008 and we are also their sole provider of corporate and funds formation/management advice

The team was shortlisted for the 2018 Insider Legal Team of the Year, and worked on several of the transactions shortlisted for Deal of the Year and Venture Capital Deal of the Year. The DevOpsGroup investment (on which we advised BGF) won the 2018 Venture Capital Deal of the Year award.
