Gateway Law's Intellectual Property practice covers both prosecution and maintenance of all forms of IP across South East Asia. We are able to assemble a team that can deliver effective services across the region, from China and Hong Kong to Australia, India and beyond. The services we provide range from Trade Mark, Patent, Design and Geographical Indication advice, filing and maintenance.

Our Intellectual Property Practice Group comprises of highly regarded IP professionals with expertise and capabilities both contentious and non-contentious aspects of intellectual property law. We also focus on on anti-counterfeiting initiatives, enforcement and border customs control, licensing, franchising as well as other forms of IP commercialisation work.

Our aim is to assist our clients to protect and extract maximum commercial returns from their valuable intellectual assets. We work closely with the various educational institutions and research and development houses in Singapore and in the region to explore licensing opportunities and to negotiate commercial contracts.
