  • Assist clients in their lawsuits before Maltese courts, arbitration & international fora in fund litigation/disputes involving documentary credits, capital markets, investor claims & investor compensation schemes & regulatory litigation
Corporate
  • Active in civil/commercial litigation, mostly shareholders’ disputes, insolvency litigation, fraudulent/wrongful trading cases & company revival proceedings
Aviation
  • Act for owners, charterers & creditors in aircraft repossessions & arrests & recognition of arrests
Construction/Procurement
  • Active in public procurement & construction litigation/arbitration, focusing on FIDIC Contracts & the EU Public Procurement regime
Intellectual Property/Media
  • Represent clients (mostly leaders in digital/conventional gaming, IT/entertainment) in matters relating to infringement, registration & protection of IP rights
Employment
  • Assist clients in dismissals, employment termination, redundancies, matters relating to employee information & consultation, transfer of undertakings & employee protection, employment discrimination/harassment & industrial disputes
