Work highlights:
- Our team has worked on significant projects in the last year such as advising Melbourne based hospitality group Sand Hill Road on the sale of eight of its pubs and hospitality venues across the city. Gadens acted for ISPT to facilitate the redevelopment of part of the St Vincent's hospital site at 31-35 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy, a $140 million investment into the St Vincent's Hospital precinct.
