Work highlights:

• Gadens acted for developer CBR Development Group in an A$66.5m senior construction facility with National Australia Bank and A$10.6m mezzanine facility with Wingate in respect of the residential apartment project known as 'Promenade' consisting of 199 apartments and 2 commercial lots over 31 levels and 150 car parking spaces in Box Hill, Victoria.
• The Banking & Finance Team acted on the debt facilities provided by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) to Sentinel Property Group with facilities totalling A$260m for the acquisition of Casuarina Square, Darwin, NT and $180m Caneland Central, Mackay, QLD shopping centres.
