We've designed and executed our clients' brand protection and patent enforcement campaigns, and we've defeated cases brought by competitors and non-practicing entities. Our lawyers have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in more than 400 IP cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts across the United States, as well as IPRs before the PTAB, oppositions and cancellations before the TTAB, and mediations and arbitrations. We have also managed our clients’ litigation overseas.

We also file, prosecute, and manage trademarks for businesses of all sizes. We've represented some of the largest and most aggressive trademark owners in the world, as well as small businesses and start-ups. Our expertise includes all aspects of brand protection, from counseling to trademark filing and prosecution (U.S. and international), oppositions and cancellations before the TTAB, searching and clearance, enforcement, defense against trademark assertions, and domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization.
