In the Investor-State arbitration field, Foley Hoag is known for exclusively representing Sovereign States and their entities. Recently, the firm achieved victories for three Bangladesh state-owned entities, Croatia, Mauritius, and Uruguay in multi-million and multi-billion dollar disputes in various sectors. Its commercial arbitration practice advises private entities and state-owned enterprises in contractual disputes.
