In the Investor-State field, it is known for exclusively representing Sovereign States and their entities, successfully representing clients in multi-million and billion dollar disputes in various sectors. Cutting-edge issues the firm has addressed are a State’s regulatory powers over public health, safety and the environment, and matters involving corruption, recently obtaining victories for Croatia and Uruguay.

Its international commercial arbitration practice advises clients, including both private corporate entities and State-owned enterprises.  Recent victories include victories for Bangladesh state owned entities.
