About

Provided by Fletchers Solicitors

From our early roots in 1987, Fletchers has developed an internationally renowned Personal Injury practice, mainly acting for clients following serious and life changing injuries.

The team assists clients with high-value catastrophic claims, including brain, spinal cord, amputation, orthopaedic injury claims and represent clients in claims featuring cross-border complexities and foreign travel accident claims.

The department focuses on all aspects of serious injury through our specialist brand Serious Injury Law, as well as motorbike and cycle injury claims, road traffic accidents, and accidents at work.

A unique aspect of the department is the inhouse Court of Protection team, who can assist from the outset.

Fletchers’ Personal Injury department is one of the largest in the UK comprising 203 lawyers. It  is streamlined into teams according to the anticipated settlement value of cases (up to £25,000; £25,000-£100,000; £100,000-£500,000; £500,000 - £multimillion+ and a Private Client team).

The department is overseen at board level by Chief Legal Officer, Adrian Denson and Director of Serious Injury, Caroline Morris. Both Adrian and Caroline are vastly experienced practitioners. Adrian previously headed up the department from 2011 to 2017 and has been named as one of the top 10 ‘leading individuals’ in the North West for Personal Injury whilst Caroline continues to run a small number of high value cases alongside her role as Director of Serious Injury Law.
