FERRERE participates actively in securitization of financial assets, such as consumer loans, collections of future flows of funds, credits against the Government, delinquent loan portfolios, taxes and real estate assets.
The group assists world’s major banks on their financing transactions and represents nearly all multilateral credit organizations, including IDB Invest, CAF and IFC. The firm advises on project financing and represents companies in almost every sectors of activity.
FERRERE pioneered with the creation of a Fintech team, which provides tailored legal advice to all types of ventures -banking and non-banking players, in any of their business verticals-, working together with experts from new technologies, compliance, IP and data protection.
The team also developed a Sustainability Finance practice group, which advises various stakeholders on green finance, ESG and sustainability. FERRERE advice on the development of financing structures with a focus on positive impact and ROI, including bonds (green, social and sustainability) and blended financing in line with the UN SDGs and the Global Compact.
