The department specializes in government procurement processes, litigation before government agencies, legal advice to register as a free trade zone company, and notice about market concentration issues (antitrust.)

Public Procurement processes relate to the award of goods and services contracts, the supervision of construction and operation concession contracts, power purchase agreements, and project finance matters, among others. We are also known for the analysis and preparation of bids and RFP´s, appeals, and public contracts, among others.
