We have one of the largest planning and infrastructure consenting teams in the UK. We have the capability and depth to handle every aspect of the consenting and compliance regime, including obtaining and amending development consent orders, advising on planning strategy for projects promoted under the Town and Country Planning Act, environmental impact assessment review, compulsory purchase orders and large scale land assembly, judicial reviews and legal challenges, complex s106 and infrastructure agreements, planning due diligence, and ongoing portfolio management.
